公司简介

山西振鑫镁业有限公司创建于2003年，是一家根植轻金属材料领域，专业从事金属镁、镁合金、压铸及相关产品研发、生产和销售的现代化企业。公司总部位于山西省闻喜县，占地20万平方米，并在长三角、珠三角等地设有产品销售服务窗口。

经过二十多年的发展，公司已经形成了“原镁冶炼-合金熔炼-产品加工-废料回收”的完整镁产业链，目前公司拥有年产3万吨原镁、6万吨镁合金、5000吨镁合金粒子、6000吨镁牺牲阳极、1.5万吨金属镁粉、3000吨镁合金粉，500万件压铸件的生产能力。

2020年，公司被认定为“高新技术企业”和“省级企业技术中心”，拥有多项专利。先后通过了ISO9001质量管理体系、ISO45001职业健康安全管理体系、ISO14001环境管理体系和IATF16949汽车行业生产件与相关服务件标准、两化融合管理体系等认证，取得了军工生产资质。是中国有色金属协会认定为“AAA级信用企业”，是中国镁协会“理事单位”，并获得山西省“专精特新小巨人”、“节能减排先进企业”等荣誉称号。

Shanxi Zhenxin Magnesium Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003. It is a modern enterprise rooted in the field of light metal materials, specializing in the research and development, production and sales of metallic magnesium, magnesium alloys, die-casting and related products. The company's headquarters is located in Wenxi County, Shanxi Province, covering an area of 200,000 square meters. It also has product sales and service windows in the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and other regions. 

After more than two decades of development, the company has established a complete magnesium industrial chain covering "primary magnesium smelting - alloy melting - product processing - waste recycling". Currently, the company has an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of primary magnesium, 60,000 tons of magnesium alloys, 5,000 tons of magnesium alloy particles, 6,000 tons of magnesium sacrificial anodes, 15,000 tons of metallic magnesium powder, 3,000 tons of magnesium alloy powder, and 5 million die-cast parts.

In 2020, the company was recognized as a "High-tech Enterprise" and a "Provincial Enterprise Technology Center", and it holds multiple patents. It has successively passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, IATF16949 Automotive Industry Production Part and Related Service Items Standard, and the Two-Information Integration Management System certifications, and has obtained military production qualifications. It was rated as an "AAA Credit Enterprise" by the China Nonferrous Metals Association, is a "Council Member Unit" of the China Magnesium Association, and has received honors such as "Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" and "Advanced Enterprise in Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction" in Shanxi Province.
